We know that preventing cancer is one of the most effective ways of creating a cancer free future.

Volunteer

By volunteering with Cancer Council Tasmania (CCT) you will be helping fellow Tasmanian’s impacted by cancer.

More than 11 Tasmanians are diagnosed with cancer each day - making our work in Tasmania vital to the health of the community.

Cancer Council Tasmania is a charity working to minimise the incidence and impact of cancer on all Tasmanians through advocacy, raising awareness of cancer prevention and offering support and information for anyone affected by the disease.

Our work could not be achieved without the generosity of the Tasmanian community and the support of our dedicated volunteers. Our fundraising activities underpin our support services, prevention programs and cancer research funding.

Clothes4Cancer Op Shop

Clothes4Cancer is Cancer Council Tasmania's first-ever opportunity shop, which opened in East Devonport on the 1st of September 2020.

How we help

Cancer Council Tasmania provides free, professional support services to Tasmanians diagnosed with cancer, their family and friends.
